Drag Racing Purse Money

Drag Racing Elimination’s Purse Money

By popular demand this year’s the Firehawk/Comp T/A Drag Racing Eliminations will offer a money prize purse and trophies for 1st. & 2nd. Place finishing for both the Firehawks & Comp T/A’s. The way it will work is like this. Each participant that enters the Firehawk eliminations will place $10.00 in the kitty. The prize monies will be divided up follows. If 20 people enter the eliminations that’s $200.00. 1st. Place winner will get 45% or $90.00. 2nd. Place winner will 30% or $60.00 and the remaining 25% or $50.00 will go to the Rally to help with the cost & the trophies.

The Comp T/A will also have prize money purse. Mike Alford will be in charge of the program for the Comp T/A owners. It will work on the same basis as the Firehawk eliminations with 45% of the purse going to the 1st. Place winner with 30% of the purse going to the 2nd place winner and 25% of the purse going to Rally to help offset costs and the trophies.


There will still be free time trials on Sunday Morning for those who do not wish to enter the eliminations for the prize purse monies. Monies will be collected at the Rally for this event. Let us know if you intend to enter at the Rally tent.
